Urticaria is the category of addiction rash in Chinese medicine, and should be treated with evidence-based treatment. The treatment is to remove wind and clear heat to stop itching. It can be used to eliminate wind. 3. Gastrointestinal damp-heat syndrome: manifested as reddish-colored wind masses, large slices, intense itching, accompanied by pain in the epigastric region (stomach and abdomen), nausea, vomiting, fatigue (lack of mental energy), poor feeding, constipation or diarrhea, with a red tongue and yellowish moss, etc. The treatment should be wind-dispersing and heat-relieving. The treatment is to remove wind and relieve heat, and to pass heat through the bowels (by passing stools to get rid of heat in the body). Choose Fangfeng Tongsheng San. 4. Blood deficiency and wind dryness: manifested as recurrent and prolonged rashes, aggravated in the afternoon or at night, irritability, heat in the hands and feet, dry mouth, red tongue with little fluid and other symptoms. The treatment should nourish blood, dispel wind, moisten dryness and stop itching. Select Angelica Drink. The adverse reactions and contraindications of the above drugs are not yet clear.
