Can Enhanced CT Detect Adrenal Tumors?

Enhanced CT can detect adrenal tumors and make a preliminary judgment on the benign or malignant nature of adrenal tumors, and the treatment of adrenal tumors should also be combined with other indicators, such as whether there are symptoms and endocrine related examinations. When adrenal tumor is suspected, enhanced CT is routinely needed. Through enhanced CT examination of adrenal gland, the size of adrenal tumor and blood supply can be seen, and a preliminary judgment of benign and malignant nature of the tumor can be made. Adrenal tumor can be removed by surgery, and whether surgery is needed or not should be combined with the patient’s symptoms and endocrine related examinations. If adrenal tumor is suspected, we should go to the hospital for further examination and consider minimally invasive surgery if there are surgical indications.
