Interventional treatment of congenital heart disease is a minimally invasive procedure, which involves the placement of a blocker through the femoral vein and/or femoral artery via a catheter to close the defect opening, with a small skin incision and no sutures. And oral anticoagulant (aspirin 3-5mg/kg.d) is required for 6 months. All patients should avoid strenuous activities for 3 months after the procedure, and daily exercise will not be affected. Patients with arterial catheters do not experience conduction block after surgery and can be discharged on day 3 without anticoagulation and avoiding strenuous activity.
