How to properly understand celiac disease

Cervical erosion is divided into pseudo-erosion and inflammatory erosion. Pseudo-erosion occurs in some physiological situations, such as puberty and pregnancy, due to increased estrogen levels, the cervical canal columnar epithelium proliferates and migrates outward, visible as a red, fine-grained cervical ectocervix, so pseudo-erosion does not require treatment. The main symptom is increased vaginal discharge, which can also be combined with lumbosacral pain. If the leucorrhea is sticky and pus-like, it is not conducive to sperm crossing and will lead to infertility, so those with obvious clinical symptoms can be treated with vaginal discharge to relieve local inflammation. In addition, cervical erosion needs to be further examined to differentiate it from cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer. With the promotion of women’s census, a lot of cervical erosion has been detected, and more and more women are talking about the “woes”, in fact, there is no need to be so nervous, here is a suggestion for your reference: 1, married or sexually active women should make cervical scraping every year, found cervical erosion as long as the scraping or liquid-based cytology examination is not abnormal, also no clinical symptoms, you do not need treatment. If abnormal cells are found on liquid-based cytology, HPV testing should be performed at the same time, and colposcopy should be performed if necessary to further investigate; 3, cervical biopsy must be done if the combined HPV high-risk type is positive, and close follow-up should be done; 4, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia can be found on biopsy, cervical conization can be performed first to further determine the extent of the lesion, and then follow-up treatment will be decided based on the results of the disease, the patient’s age and the presence of fertility requirements; and The other point to remind women is that the degree of celiac disease is not proportional to cancer, so they should be checked regularly and treated correctly.
