What should I do if I have skin ulcers after radiotherapy?

Acute radiation dermatitis should be treated by protecting the damaged skin and avoiding local irritation. Treatment is mainly symptomatic, with puffing powder and oscillators for significant redness and swelling, wet compresses with 3% boric acid solution for obvious exudation, and topical glucocorticoid creams for non-exudation.
Treatment of chronic radiation dermatitis is based on protection and moisturisation, breakage should be avoided and protective ointment can be applied topically; cold wet compresses can be applied to ulcers, and physiotherapy can be added at the same time to promote healing and prevent secondary infection.
