Male urinary incontinence, especially true urinary incontinence caused by sphincter damage, is complex and poorly treated, with poor quality of life for the patient, and very much affecting daily mobility. Currently, the main international treatments are dilatation muscle exercise, vascularized transverse striatum muscle graft wrapped around the urethra, and artificial sphincter mechanical device implantation, etc. The treatments are very limited, and the results are unsatisfactory. I have prepared a new surgical solution for patients with complex, refractory male urinary incontinence. The procedure is simple, with little tissue damage, small incisions, fast recovery, and a low failure rate. The most important feature is that the principle is simple and easy to understand, the therapeutic effect is clear, has been declared medical invention patent. The following types of patients are welcome to consult and arrange for the surgery: 1. Complete incontinence (i.e., true incontinence caused by damage to the external urethral sphincter) after various traumatic injuries, urethral or prostate surgeries; 2. Patients with bladder incontinence due to various reasons, which leads to hydronephrosis, renal insufficiency, but who are reluctant to undergo suprapubic cystostomy, such as patients who are unable to urinate normally because of spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, and other reasons. Patients with normal urination. 3. The patient’s urethra is required to be structurally intact. Patients with a history of urethral stricture are in principle not suitable for this procedure. Note: This surgical method has not yet been professionally identified, and is currently in the clinical research stage (but animal experiments and anatomical experiments have been done, and preliminary proof of success, in fact, the surgical trauma is very small, and does not contact the important organs). Therefore, each case of patients and their families need to be signed by informed consent and submitted to the Medical Ethics Committee of Union Hospital for approval before implementation. The cost is self-financed and is a routine surgical procedure. The cost is in the range of 5 to 7 thousand for a smooth procedure while hospitalized at Concord Hospital. The recruitment campaign is valid until this post is removed.
