What to do if you are pregnant with a right ovarian cyst

If there is a pathological cyst on the right ovary and you are clinically pregnant, it is recommended that blood can be drawn for a triple gynecologic oncology test to find out if there is a malignant component. If there are no abnormalities, it is recommended that the pregnancy can continue. During pregnancy, it is important to pay attention to regular obstetric examinations to know the volume change of the cyst and to observe whether there are symptoms of abdominal pain. If the abdominal pain symptoms are more severe, consider whether it is caused by torsion of the ovarian cyst tip, and if this occurs, then only emergency surgery should be considered.
