How many degrees is a baby’s fever

Generally, when the baby’s temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees, it is considered a fever. If it does not exceed 38 degrees belongs to low fever, higher than 39 degrees belongs to high fever. When the fever is low, there is no need to take antipyretics, but if the fever does not go down, medication can be used. The physical cooling method used to be a very common method of reducing fever in the clinic and in life, mainly including warm water wipes, alcohol wipes, cold towels for the head, or ice packs for cold compresses, etc. However, the above methods are now clearly not recommended because they may cause obvious discomfort to the child, so when the child has a fever, try not to use the above physical cooling methods. Therefore, when your child has a fever, try not to use the above methods of physical cooling. If the fever does not go away, medication is needed to prevent the fever from causing other illnesses such as convulsions in the baby. Untreated fever can cause serious physical harm to the baby. No matter how high or low the fever is, the first thing you need to do is to go to the hospital for a diagnosis, and if it is just a common viral infection, it will improve with conditioning and treatment. If the fever does not go away and the condition is serious, you should follow the medical advice to cooperate with the treatment, which will help a lot in the recovery of the condition. Baby fever parents are the most worried, sick most afraid of baby fever, but as parents do not panic, with the doctor’s treatment, as long as it is not a major disease can soon recover. Do not frighten yourself, what things should be the baby’s body first.
