What medication to take for eosinophilic bronchitis

Eosinophilic bronchiolitis responds well to treatment with inhaled glucocorticoids, such as budesonide. Eosinophilic bronchiolitis responds well to glucocorticoid therapy, and cough symptoms disappear quickly or are significantly reduced after treatment, but there is no consensus on the dose and duration of glucocorticoid use. Hormone inhalation therapy alone is generally recommended, and oral hormones can also be administered if necessary. Inhaled glucocorticosteroids such as budesonide, or beclomethasone dipropionate, or equivalent doses of other glucocorticosteroids are preferred for the treatment of eosinophilic bronchiolitis for more than 4 weeks. Initial treatment may also be combined with prednisone. All of the above medications should be used under doctor’s supervision, avoid self-medication.
