How long does sinus cancer usually live?

Survival time of patients with gastric sinus adenocarcinoma has individual variability, mainly related to clinical stage and treatment. Patients with advanced stage are poorly treated and have a short survival period; early stage patients can obtain a survival period of 5-10 years with timely and effective treatment. The clinical stage of adenocarcinoma of the gastric sinus is I-IV. Patients with stage I-II can undergo radical surgery and postoperative radiotherapy to kill the remaining cancer cells, which can lead to a better prognosis and some patients can survive for 5-10 years or even more than 10 years. If recurrence occurs or the patient’s general condition is poor, the survival period is shorter and death may occur 2-3 years after surgery. Patients with stage III-VI have poor prognosis, radical surgery is usually not possible, surgery is also more traumatic to patients, and survival period is significantly shortened. The state of mind of cancer patients is crucial to the treatment of the disease, so it is important to maintain a good state of mind and increase confidence in the treatment of the disease.
