The right way to cough and sneeze

There is still an outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, so in daily life, the public, especially cold patients, should learn the correct way to cough and sneeze: 1. When a cold patient feels about to sneeze or cough, use a tissue or handkerchief to cover the mouth and nose. 2. If you don’t have a tissue, you should turn your head around and punch at the crook of your arm when sneezing, and use your elbow to cover your nose to sneeze, instead of covering your mouth and nose with your hand, so that you can avoid splashing snot and the virus won’t attach to your hand, thus reducing the chance of spreading it outward, and the same way for coughing.
