Pigmented purpura dermatitis is generally referred to as pigmented purpura dermatosis and is usually not dangerous to health. Pigmented purpura dermatosis is a chronic capillary inflammatory skin disease of unknown etiology, with gravity and elevated venous pressure as important triggers. With active treatment, the prognosis is good and there is usually no health risk to worry about. The disease is mainly distributed in the lower legs, trunk and buttocks and other parts of the patient at the onset of the skin will appear in varying sizes, irregular shape of the purpuric rash, the majority of people do not have self-awareness of the symptoms, individuals can have a slight itching.
