Gastroscopy suggests chronic congestive exudative gastritis, which is characterized by congestion, redness and swelling of the gastric mucosa, and some exudates, like this condition is directly related to excessive gastric acid secretion, inattentive eating, and the presence of H. pylori infection. For its treatment, the first step is to find out if there is H. pylori infection, which can be clarified by doing a carbon 14 breath test or taking the gastric mucosa under gastroscopy and doing a rapid urease test. After the diagnosis of this bacterial infection, it needs to be eradicated with quadruple therapy, followed by treatment with drugs that inhibit gastric acid and promote healing of the erosive surface of gastritis. In terms of diet, for chronic congestive exudative gastritis, care should be taken to eat less spicy, fried and other irritating foods, and alcohol must be abstained from.
