The causes of cyanosis are as follows: Heart and lung Qi deficiency: This refers to the deficiency of Qi in both the heart and lung organs. It can be caused by deficiency of heart qi due to deficiency of lung qi; or deficiency of lung qi due to deficiency of heart qi.
