Cervical spine pain is categorized into injurious and degenerative. Recently, a survey was conducted on 2,000 patients with cervical spondylosis, and it was found that adolescent patients accounted for 12% of the total, and most of them were concentrated in the age groups of 12-13 years old and 16-18 years old. With the accelerated pace of life and the popularization of computers, spine and other osteoarthritic diseases and soft tissue injuries are getting younger and younger. Analyze the reason is that these students due to academic tension, long hours of reading and writing, coupled with reading posture is not correct, cervical spine deformation for a long time, the accumulation of time leads to neck and shoulder muscle strain, and ultimately, teenagers suffer from old age disease. That is, we often see some people say “neck pain”, accompanied by soreness, weakness, sometimes radiating to the back of the shoulder and chest pain, this is what causes it? As we all know, the cervical spine mainly bears the human head movement, at the same time, there are also a large number of peripheral nerves, blood vessels and spinal cord through this part to play the role of uploading and downloading. As people age, cervical spine bony joints continue to degenerate, hyperplasia and narrowing of the intervertebral space, so that the original crowded cervical spine “channel” to form an incomplete obstruction of the results. This leads to vascular insufficiency, nerve and spinal cord compression. Especially when the peripheral nerve roots are compressed, there will be symptoms of pain in the occiput, shoulder, back and upper limbs, and if the cervical spinal cord and blood vessels are compressed, there will be dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, poor memory, slow reaction, chest tightness, breathlessness, panic, weakness of the lower limbs and unsteady walking.
