The main causes of anal pain are (1) Inflammatory external hemorrhoids or/and thrombosed external hemorrhoids. (2) Mixed hemorrhoids internal hemorrhoids prolapsed and embedded. (3)Anal fissure. (4) Perianal abscess. (5)Anal fistula infection. (6) Anal sinusitis. (7) Anorectal tumor (anal canal cancer, sarcoma, malignant melanoma). It is relatively rare and easy to miss the diagnosis. (8) Spontaneous anal pain, the cause is unknown, and local inflammation and emotions have a certain relationship.
