Our ten warning signs of cancer: (1) Palpable or non-fading lumps in the breast, skin, tongue or other parts of the body. (2) Significant changes in warts (tumors) or black moles (e.g., deepening in color, rapid increase in size, scratching, hair loss, oozing, ulceration, bleeding). (3) Persistent digestive irregularities in the gastrointestinal tract. (4) Stomach choking sensation when swallowing food, pain, stuffy discomfort behind the sternum, foreign body sensation in the esophagus or pain in the upper abdomen. (5) Tinnitus, hearing loss, nasal congestion, nosebleeds, blood in nasopharyngeal secretions from aspiration and coughing, headache, neck lumps. (6) Abnormal heavy menstrual bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding outside the menstrual period or after menopause, contact bleeding. (7) Persistent hoarseness, dry cough, blood in sputum. (8) Unexplained blood and mucus in the stool and alternating diarrhea and constipation, unexplained hematuria. (9) Prolonged untreated wounds or ulcers. (10) Unexplained weight loss over a longer period of time. Anyone found to have one of the above symptoms should go to the hospital immediately for examination. Since many early symptoms of cancer are often similar to other diseases, the test results may rule out tumors and identify other causes. If this is the case, you can treat the detected disease with peace of mind; in case cancer is identified, you can treat it in time to avoid delay.
