The size of the so-called “erosions” does not represent the severity of the inflammation; they are just normal “stress” reactions of the cervical epithelium when there is a hormonal surge in the body. Some private hospitals are still using “cervical erosion” as a sign to attract patients, so that healthy people go to a cervical erosion, followed by medicine, infusion, and even LEEP, laser are on, moving treatment costs thousands or even million, becoming a typical over-treatment, especially young patients may lead to some subsequent adverse effects due to improper treatment. The international standard three-step standardized treatment system for cervical diseases, “three-step” diagnosis is a standardized diagnosis process for cervical diseases Stage 1: TCT liquid-based cytology examination, through this examination to observe and determine the degree of cervical cell lesions; Stage 2: electronic colposcopy, using high-resolution electronic imaging technology to cervical tissue The third stage: cervical histopathological biopsy diagnosis, where multiple biopsies of suspected lesions are performed at multiple points under colposcopic prompting, and histopathological examination is performed separately to confirm the diagnosis of cervical lesions, such as chronic cervicitis, precancerous cervical lesions and cervical cancer.
