Hemangioma is clinically divided into four types: 1.Vivid nevus: it is only a limited erythema of the skin, not higher than the skin; 2.Simple hemangioma: it is a soft red swelling higher than the skin, resembling strawberry in appearance, with shallow infiltration site; 3.Cavernous hemangioma: it is a deep subcutaneous purple-red or purple-blue soft swelling; 4.Mixed hemangioma: it is the above three types or both types at the same time. 4.Mixed hemangioma: the above three types or both types exist. According to the different clinical types and different parts, the treatment methods of hemangioma are also different. 1.Laser and grinding are often used for nevus; 2.Surgical excision, freezing or electrocautery are commonly used for simple hemangioma; 3.Local sclerotherapy, isotope injection, X-ray superficial radiotherapy and surgical excision are feasible for cavernous hemangioma; 4.The combination of the above treatments is used for mixed hemangioma according to specific conditions. Different types of hemangioma can choose different methods to obtain the best treatment effect.
