The headache caused by bronchitis is considered to be caused by fever. It may also be caused by the invasion of bacteria or viruses into the bloodstream, resulting in cerebral vasodilatation, extravasation of tissue fluid, and increased intracranial pressure. Bronchitis should be actively treated with cough expectorant and wheezing drugs, such as Ambroxol hydrochloride, bromhexine, aminophylline, and salbutamol nebulized inhaler. In addition, fever can be treated symptomatically with antipyretic analgesics. Longer bronchitis can have bacterial or mycoplasma or chlamydia infections, and antibiotic drugs such as penicillin or cephalosporins or quinolones should also be used, with more rest, more water, and strict smoking cessation during treatment.
