  After entering the IVF cycle, the patient’s ovulatory regimen was selected according to the reserve status of the follicles in her ovaries. Ovulatory drugs were injected daily until the dominant follicle cluster reached about 18 mm in diameter, and Azer 250ug was given subcutaneously to stimulate the final maturation of the eggs. 36 hours after the injection of Azer, the eggs were retrieved and each follicle larger than 10 mm was aspirated in turn under the guidance of vaginal ultrasound and aspirated cleanly. The aspirated follicular fluid was immediately sent to a culture dish as shown above. The extracted eggs are incubated with optimally treated sperm to form embryos, as shown below (left), and the embryos are gently placed into the uterine cavity with a special tube to complete the embryo transfer.
