My period is always unpredictable and it always makes people feel nervous. Those who have a partner are worried about “unexpected happiness”, while those who don’t are worried about heavenly diseases. Why can’t my period come as promised? The early menstruation is a kind of menstrual disorder, many women’s periods are not so accurate, once in a while, 3-5 days early is normal. I. Physiological factors 1. bad habits: often stay up late and work overtime will make the body overload, endocrine is affected, the body hormone level temporarily does not tend to stabilize the state, easy to cause menstrual abnormalities, while mental stress, irregular diet, greedy cold, excessive diet and other bad habits can lead to abnormal menstrual conditions, as long as the change of life, develop good habits, will improve the condition of menstrual disorders. 2. Human aging: over 45 years old often have early menstruation, which indicates that you may have entered the menopausal transition, which is the normal human aging process, if you are worried about premature menopause or hope to delay menopause as much as possible, slow down the aging process, this stage can be appropriate intervention. Second, drug factors If you have recently taken birth control pills and other hormonal drugs, will also have early menstruation, because such drugs will affect the body’s hormone levels, as long as you stop taking the relevant drug factors, soon after the menstrual cycle will return to regularity. Pathological factors 1, uterus-related diseases: women are prone to endometritis, endometrial displacement, cervicitis, uterus-related tumors and other diseases, which can affect the menstrual cycle and bring serious threats to the female body; 2, ovary-related diseases: such as polycystic ovary syndrome, ovarian inflammation, ovarian cysts, ovarian tumors and other such diseases can also cause early menstruation, this is because This is because the menstrual cycle is mainly regulated by the neuroendocrine hypothalamic pituitary-ovarian axis. When ovarian diseases occur, they are also accompanied by symptoms such as scanty menstruation or amenorrhea, infertility, hirsutism, obesity and polycystic enlargement of both ovaries; 3. Other diseases: such as anemia, menstrual arthritis and thyroid diseases can affect menstruation, which are clinically common in hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and pancreatitis, etc. This is because menstruation is mainly affected by the hypothalamic pituitary-ovarian axis, while the hypothalamic pituitary-ovarian axis is also affected by the thyroid, adrenal and pancreatic glands, etc. Abnormal function of these glands will certainly affect the ovaries, and menstruation is affected by the cyclical action of female hormones secreted by the ovaries, so menstruation may also be early, or even lead to amenorrhea. In case of early arrival of menstruation, we must determine the cause according to our own situation, and if it cannot be solved after self-regulation and is accompanied by some uncomfortable symptoms, we should seek medical attention in time, and never avoid the disease, resulting in a minor illness becoming a major one!
