What are the symptoms of hematuria?

In normal human urine microscopy 0 to 2 red blood cells are visible in each high magnification field, after centrifugation, if there are more than 2 in each high magnification field, it is microscopic hematuria. The naked eye can see the urine is light pink to dark brown ranging from blood urine or blood clots, which is called sarcoid hematuria. 1. Painless hematuria: mostly due to tumor. Bladder tumors are more common, followed by kidney tumors. 2. Hematuria with renal colic: This is a characteristic of kidney and ureteral stones. When kidney tumors bleed a lot, blood clots passing through the ureter can also cause renal colic. Hematuria with bladder irritation symptoms: This symptom is common in acute cystitis. If symptoms such as chills, high fever and lumbago appear at the same time, acute pyelonephritis should be considered. Acute prostatitis and vesiculitis also have more obvious systemic symptoms. 4, hematuria with lower urinary tract obstruction symptoms: lesions are mostly in the prostate or bladder neck. Bladder urethral stones can cause interruption of urine flow and painful urination at the same time. If urethral tumors and bladder neck tumors obstruct the urethra or the internal orifice of the urethra, it can cause hematuria and difficulty in urination. 5.Exercise hematuria: It is the sudden appearance of hematuria after exercise, and it is also related to the amount of exercise. The hematuria usually disappears within 24 to 72 hours after exercise. About 10% of patients with hematuria have no detectable cause and are called idiopathic hematuria, which requires long-term follow-up.
