When fixing a tire, will the mechanic tell you that to prevent the tire from breaking again, the car should not be ridden again? If you don’t use your bike, it will rust into a junk car, and we don’t want to become a junk person”. When it comes to pneumothorax, we can use the analogy of a bicycle tire. The lung is the inner tire and the chest wall is the outer tire. The relationship between the lung and the chest wall is very similar to the relationship between the inner tire and the outer tire. When the inner tube is full of air, it is like the lungs taking in enough air. The rubber wall of the inner tube of a bicycle, the thickness should be uniform, if the factory out of substandard, a part of the rubber is particularly thin, as thin as paper, after playing full air, this thin as paper, will be blown into a balloon, yes, the rubber inner tube on the bulge of this small balloon is the lung blister.
