I. You and your body influence each other in an extremely sensitive way
The body is the part that allows your mind to experience who you are as a human being on this planet, and to grow in this adventure. In other words; at the beginning of your life you are “put” into a body in order to be able to live on earth; and at the end of your life you have to give up this body.
Your body is a perfect machine, self-regulating and self-healing, if you take care of it and nourish it accordingly. The body dominates very valuable organs such as the eyes, ears, speech organs, understanding, arms, hands, legs, etc., thus being able to perform a great number of tasks.
At the same time, the body itself is a highly sensitive organ of touch and feeling, through which you can learn to feel, sense, comprehend, and experience your inner as well as outer life – provided you are healthy, quite pure, and have good digestion.
Because every obstacle in your body affects your feeling, sensitivity and vitality, the condition of your body determines how you experience life and how much you comprehend from yourself and from the outside world. If you are heavily polluted on the inside, you will not be aware at all of what foods are bad for you; if your body is extremely unopen, you will rarely feel what comes to you from the outside world, and your senses will become less.
At the same time, your feelings and thoughts are influenced by the condition of your body; if your body is heavily contaminated internally, you will think less purely, and you will be more inclined to think and feel “negative” things.
If you give your body a lot of sweets, you will feel heavy and depressed, and you will feel that it is difficult to be active. If your colon is always full – just because you eat constantly, eat a lot, or have indigestion – then it is very difficult for you to become active. If your stomach is always full for the same reason, you will feel that it is difficult to be energetic and happy, because you often feel “burdened.
Second, to truly understand yourself, first take a good look at your body
Your body has many important functions in addition to the task of maintaining itself. First of all, it contributes to the formation of your consciousness, it is a mirror of you.
If you look into this mirror, it will point out to you very clearly how you treat it, how you view it and yourself as a human being, and what emotional and spiritual attitudes you are (or have been) taking toward life at the moment. These attitudes relate in part to your past, yet will likely always influence your current life.
You can tell from your appearance how you treat your body – in the short term as well as in the long term. When you look at yourself, you can see if you are giving yourself enough sleep and if you are overworking yourself. Over time you can see how you treat your body, making it healthy and vibrant, or making it sick and lifeless.
Through its appearance and symptoms (such as pain, illness, stress, tension, heaviness, etc.), it points out to you the effects of your interaction with it and asks you to give it what it needs to be able to regain its balance. This of course can only be done if you have a relationship with your own body. The weaker your relationship with it, the more pain and illness it will feel. Whether your body ends up benefiting you and helping you to become more aware of yourself, or whether it prevents you from gaining awareness through constant pain or illness, depends on your determination to feel these signals from your body and to heed them.
In addition, your body is a mirror of the mental and emotional attitudes you adopted toward life at a very young age; your body is able to point out to you, on closer inspection, whether you face life with a certain degree of certainty or with intense fear, whether you feel proud or feel inferior, whether you listen to God or choose an unnatural and intentionally revealed optimism.
Each of these attitudes changes the shape of your body in a certain way; either you pull your shoulders fuzzy or you hold them high, your pelvis tilts forward or backward, your chest expands or narrows …… and there are countless possibilities. All that matters is your attitude, the way in which you make changes to the shape of your body.
These changes now help you to identify your past and to heal it. Because these attitudes have influenced you to stop feeling everything and thinking about everything; if the chest is narrow, you also move within very narrow boundaries, preferring to retreat down rather than live life to the fullest.
However, you cannot solve your inner problems through your body alone. If your body reopens through healing and your body’s energy flows again, and at the same time you do not explore what the closure of the body is based on psychologically and spiritually, then over time the body will close up again and the energy will most likely be blocked again in the same place. If this happens several times in a row, then the body will shut down again more and more quickly and return to its old state.
If you simultaneously work on the questions and attitudes hidden behind, then it will be much easier for you to reach the necessary awareness, because the opening of the body will also have an effect on your heart, and you will certainly be able to recognize and answer the original history with less pain. In this way, the treatment is more comprehensive.
The body is the tool you use to express yourself while functioning throughout your life. Whether you put it to the role it is supposed to play is entirely up to you.
III. Take immediate action to reconnect with your body
1. Pay attention and listen to your body.
1) Be aware of the importance. Make yourself aware that your body is extremely important to you, that it can be – if you want – your friend, and that it supports your self-development.
2) Start to feel your body more. Start feeling it more immediately – you do this and ask yourself: How do I feel in my own body? If you are easily distracted, then close your eyes. Feel as much as you can at the moment.
It is possible that you feel different things in your body at the same time, such as your legs feeling heavy, your stomach feeling bloated, and your chest feeling quite free and open. Try to find out what these sensations in your body are associated with.
Throughout the day, keep giving yourself time to feel your body, and once you have an understanding, make yourself aware of the connections. Gradually expand your feelings until one day you can communicate with your body without asking questions.
Pay attention to the “details”; for example, are your meals tasty and good for you? Which foods are weighing you down and which are keeping you relaxed? When you move your body, how does it feel? And what happens when it’s standing? Are there places on your body that make you feel pain? How does your body feel when you express your feelings? And what happens to your body when you hide your feelings?
Every attention you give your body will make you more willing to listen to your body and give it what it needs. If you feel tired, let yourself rest; if you feel really full, stop eating. Give your body a clear eye and serve it, and the result will be that it will serve you better, too.
2. Understand your body objectively
Find someone with a keen eye who can see through your body (i.e., body reading) and let him or her give you a precise account of the condition of the inside of your body, the condition of your organs and blood, etc., or ask a doctor who can tell you details about your health or disease condition using different diagnostic methods (e.g., iris diagnostic method, basal camera, hair analysis, facial and hand diagnostic method, etc.). You have to keep asking until you understand everything.
3. Take immediate action to maintain or improve your body
If your body is healthy, then find out everything you can do to maintain your health.
If your body is sick or is moving in that direction, then quickly find out what you can do to cleanse and heal your body. Also, find out from all sources, read books that interest you or are recommended to you, listen to appropriate lectures, and talk to patients and treating doctors. Find out what you can do for yourself and where you can get the help and support you need.
4. Be aware of your own patterns and habits in treating your body
To make yourself fully aware of how you have treated your body so far? Do you give yourself healthy food or do you not notice this at all, are you nervous or calm when you eat? Do you smoke, drink, eat sugar? Are you filling your body with a lot of pills, injections and other chemicals?
Do you get enough exercise in good air, do you usually eat too much while giving yourself little sleep and a lot of stress, thus neglecting your body?
Consider well the way you treat your body, do not cheat yourself, because the more honest you are with yourself, the faster you can find out what is damaging your health, what is making you sick, what is making you contaminated.
5.What are you willing to do for your body?
Make a detailed plan for yourself; what you are prepared to do for your body. Maybe you want to exercise more, want to change your diet or try different treatments. You should not resolve to do too many things at once, but follow your plan with determination and keep checking the results.
Every time you give your body attention, it will repay you in the form of beauty and/or health. For this reason you should do everything you can.
