Signs of ototoxicity (listed in order of frequency): 1. Tinnitus (i.e., noise in the ear) in one or both ears; 2. Tinnitus that was previously present and is now worse or tinnitus with a sound that was not present before; 3. Swelling or pressure in the ear DD is different from the swelling and pressure caused by an upper respiratory tract infection; 4. Hearing loss is found in the hearing ear that is sound or Increased or abnormal fluctuations in the ear that already has hearing loss; 5. Increased vertigo or spinning sensation during exercise, usually accompanied by nausea and retching. If any of these symptoms occur while you are on medication – stop the medication immediately and call your doctor.
