The degree of pain in appendicitis and gastroenteritis needs to be analyzed according to the severity of the patient’s condition. Most patients with gastroenteritis have pain around the navel. The pain manifests as paroxysmal colic and may be accompanied by clinical manifestations of nausea and vomiting, and most patients can have no signs and symptoms when the pain is relieved. Most of the patients with appendicitis have metastatic right lower abdominal pain, some of them have lower abdominal pain, and the pain is continuous dull pain with no interval in between. Patients with pain should seek medical attention in a timely manner to avoid delaying their condition.
