The initial clinical manifestations of tuberculosis relapse include general respiratory symptoms, such as cough and sputum, and sometimes symptoms of tuberculosis toxicity, such as low fever, fatigue, night sweats, and weight loss, etc. Considering the possibility of tuberculosis relapse, patients need to seek medical attention to improve chest X-ray, lung CT, blood count, blood sedimentation, sputum for antacid bacilli and other related tests. If the patient’s blood sedimentation is increased, chest X-ray or lung CT indicates tuberculosis lesions, or sputum is found to be acid-fast bacilli, active tuberculosis is diagnosed, and anti-tuberculosis treatment is needed, and commonly used anti-tuberculosis drugs include isoniazid, rifampin, pyrazinamide, streptomycin and so on.
