What’s wrong with dry mouth without drinking water?

If you don’t drink water but have a high water content in your daily diet, or if you eat soups or fruits, you will not feel dry mouth. When the body loses too much water or consumes too little water, it will stimulate our central nervous system and produce thirst and dryness, and we will actively drink water. If the water content of three meals a day food, or eating soup, daily intake of fruits with high water content, usually less activity to consume less water, then the body does not lack of water, will not produce dry mouth and thirst. Even without dry mouth and thirst, it is still recommended to drink an appropriate amount of water daily to promote metabolism, prevent the accumulation of body wastes, prevent constipation and so on.
