Four main signs of novel pneumonia

The four main symptoms of novel pneumonia include: First, fever, which is the most common symptom. If you come from an infected area or have a history of close contact, you must be on high alert when fever appears; second, cough, which occurs in many patients after a fever, especially a dry cough, and this is also the time to be on high alert; third, muscle aches, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and sore throat, which are rare but should not be ignored; and fourth, respiratory distress. Fourth, respiratory distress, which can be caused by novel viral pneumonia as the disease continues to progress, is the most dangerous sign and contributes to the high mortality rate. Because novel coronavirus infection can lead to the development of acute respiratory distress syndrome, patients may have severe respiratory failure.
