Is 100% pure dark chocolate suitable for diabetes

Generally diabetic patients with stable blood glucose are suitable to eat 100% pure dark chocolate sparingly, and if their condition is unstable, 100% pure dark chocolate is not recommended. Therefore, diabetics with stable glycemic control can consume a small amount of 100% pure dark chocolate. If diabetic patients have poor glycemic control and unstable condition, it is not recommended to eat 100% pure dark chocolate, otherwise it will aggravate the condition to some extent. Diabetic patients need to strengthen dietary management, low sugar, low salt, low fat, high dietary fiber-based, and usually need to actively exercise, which helps to control blood sugar.
