Precautions before medical examination

  1, prior understanding of the physical examination by which items, detailed inquiries to the doctor about the time and precautions of the physical examination, to avoid excessive mental tension.  2, the elderly, disabled people with mobility problems and those who are sensitive and nervous should be accompanied by their family members to avoid accidents.  3.If there is some kind of disease in the past, please provide the previous medical examination report or medical records to the doctor so that the doctor can make a good judgment.  4, diet: three to five days before the examination diet should be light, do not eat too much greasy, indigestible food, do not eat pig liver, pig blood and other bloody food, do not drink alcohol. The day before the examination, fasting after twenty o’clock in the evening and no water after twenty-four o’clock. Women should not wear makeup, dresses and pantyhose.  7. Medication: Do not stop taking your medication without permission. People suffering from diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma and other chronic diseases and are taking medication should consult their doctor before the physical examination to see if they need to stop taking medication. If you can stop the medication, you should also carry the medication with you during the physical examination so that you can take it in time to avoid danger.  8, women: married women of childbearing age must determine whether they are pregnant before the physical examination. Gynecological examination and urinalysis are not recommended for women during menstruation. Unmarried women should not undergo gynecological examination. Women should not have intercourse the day before the cervical smear test, and should not perform vaginal douching or use plugs.  9.Blood sampling and ultrasound of liver and gallbladder should be performed on an empty stomach; when ultrasound of bladder, prostate, uterus and adnexa is performed, please do not urinate; if you have no urine, you need to drink water until your bladder is full.  10.Press the puncture point of the needle with a cotton ball for two minutes after venous blood sampling; do not press and rub to prevent the formation of hematoma.
