1. Blood in nose: When waking up in the morning, nosebleed often, or nasal discharge is light pink, sometimes with blood.
2. Nasal congestion: Blockage of the posterior nasal aperture or invasion of the posterior nasal cavity by cancer foci can cause nasal congestion. It is mostly one-sided, progressively aggravated, and not related to the change of head position. It may be cleared temporarily with drops such as nasal drip, but it will fail later and eventually become completely blocked and forced to open mouth to breathe.
3. Tinnitus and deafness: It is often one-sided, or develops from one side to both sides. Tinnitus and deafness often occur together, or sometimes separately. It is often diagnosed as conductive deafness, otitis media, or middle ear effusion, which can be temporarily relieved, but will be aggravated later, leading to severe deafness.
4. Headache, facial numbness, difficulty in opening the mouth, diplopia: These symptoms may be one, two or all of them, or they may appear one after another, from mild to severe, and continue to develop. Headache is mostly migraine, which is progressively aggravated. Facial numbness is often on the same side as the headache, and the skin feels numb, tingling or small insect-like sensation, and the numbness may gradually expand or worsen, which may lead to difficulty in opening the mouth, skewness and weakness in chewing.
