You can’t get AIDS from anal sex if both partners are HIV-free. AIDS is a contagious disease and there will be a source of infection. If both partners are healthy people, there is no correlation to transmitting the disease. For anal sex is currently a high prevalence of HIV, especially among gay men. Because anal sex is more likely to lead to local skin and mucous membrane breakage, it is easy to cause HIV to enter the body, thus causing AIDS infection. For AIDS patients, timely antiretroviral treatment is necessary. After regular antiviral treatment, the number of viruses will come down and its infectiousness will drop significantly, and AIDS patients must wear condoms when having sex.
