Tinea capitis is difficult to cure on its own, and the condition is usually mild in winter and heavy in summer. It often worsens significantly in summer because it is humid and hot and sweats more, and may be relatively less severe in winter when sweating is less frequent. This disease is a fungal infection that is relatively stubborn and often requires topical antifungal medication to be applied to the affected area for treatment. It usually requires continuous topical application of medication for at least three weeks to a month or so. At the same time, it is important to keep the affected skin as clean and dry as possible so that the condition of ringworm can be completely cured. Tinea corporis occurs in the femur of obese people and manifests itself as an erythema that gradually expands outward, with a small layer of thin flakes on the surface and a papular manifestation at the edges, so patients with the above manifestations should go to the hospital for a fungal test. If the fungal test is positive, the patient is considered to have ringworm and should be given active treatment with topical antifungal medications such as clotrimazole cream and terbinafine hydrochloride cream, etc. Then the affected area should be kept clean and dry so that it can help the recovery of ringworm.
