Dry, peeling glans foreskin should be seen by a doctor immediately. It could be due to dry air or dry, peeling skin due to glans vulgaris.
If it is only due to an overly dry environment, aloe vera gel can be used to improve it; if it is glans vulgaris, topical anti-infective medication such as erythromycin needs to be applied, along with local cleaning with diluted potassium permanganate.
