1. Benign ovarian tumor patients usually have no obvious clinical symptoms, while malignant ovarian tumor patients often have symptoms such as abdominal distension, ascites, dyspepsia, loss of appetite and emaciation.
2. Patients with benign ovarian tumors usually have a longer course of illness, while patients with malignant ovarian tumors usually have a shorter course of illness.
3. The results of tumor marker examination for benign ovarian tumor patients are usually normal, while the tumor markers of malignant ovarian tumor patients are often obviously elevated.
4. During ultrasonography, the borders of benign ovarian tumors are usually clearer, while the borders of malignant ovarian tumors are often not clearly demarcated.
