How to prevent the occurrence of cervical spondylosis?

In recent years, the incidence of cervical spondylosis in China has been increasing. The survey shows that about 7% to 10% of people in the country suffer from cervical spondylosis. Moreover, the incidence of cervical spondylosis has a trend of low age, with more than half of the number of patients under 40 years old. The reason for this is that the vast majority of them are sitting in offices. According to the original statistics, cervical spondylosis is a degenerative disease of the elderly, with an incidence of 25% in the middle-aged and elderly. But this figure has changed significantly in recent years, not only has the incidence rate increased, but the age of patients is also significantly younger. Most of the daily outpatients are cervical spine patients, and 50% of them are between 30 and 40 years old, mainly long-time desk workers every day. People evolved from reptiles, and after walking upright, the force on the spine changed, and as we age, spinal disorders are most likely to occur. Long hours of ambulatory work, the possibility of cervical straight deformation is already large, and now the problem is that the lack of exercise muscle is often in a stiff state, due to the original cervical problems induced by the pillow, sprains, etc., has become a common disease in the office. Some numbness in the fingers and frequent headaches and sore shoulders can be precursors to cervical spondylosis. Although cervical spondylosis is not a malignant disease, but it should not be taken lightly. It has a variety of clinical manifestations, not only affecting the nerve roots, vertebral artery and spinal cord with symptoms such as neck, shoulder and back pain, numbness of fingers, dizziness, headache and weakness of lower limbs, but also often affecting the heart, cerebrovascular, gastrointestinal tract and other tissues and organs, thus inducing cerebrovascular accidents, senile dementia, hypertension and coronary heart disease. In particular, patients with spinal cord cervical spondylosis may suffer from weakness of the limbs or paralysis. Cervical spondylosis is very difficult to cure once it occurs, so prevention is especially important. So how to prevent the occurrence of cervical spondylosis? Prevention is the most important, after an hour of work to expand the chest and head back activities, pay attention to adjust the gap between work. In addition, sleep with a reasonable pillow, neck and shoulder trauma should not be underestimated.
