During her admission examination, cranial MR revealed a 5.0×3.5 cm large tumor in her left pontine cerebellar angle, which severely pushed the brainstem and caused obvious deformation and rightward deviation of the brainstem, and the posterior cranial nerves were pulled and compressed, resulting in neurological dysfunction and mild hydrocephalus.
