How is secretory otitis media cured?

To determine whether secretory otitis media is cured or not, clinically it is mainly done from the following places: first, symptoms, the patient has no obvious ear pain, no sense of ear congestion, hearing basically returns to normal, and there is no obvious tinnitus or other related changes. Second, physical examination, the clinical examination of the tympanic membrane is not obvious when the tympanic membrane is invaginated, the light cone markings are clear, there is no intra-drum fluid, intra-drum air bubble shadow and other changes, the tympanic membrane is not congested, and the clinical examination of the tympanic membrane is basically normal. Thirdly, the patient’s hearing was basically normal when the hearing examination was done, there was no obvious conductive deafness, the negative pressure in the tympanic chamber disappeared when the acoustic conductance examination was done, the hearing curve showed an A-shaped curve and no longer a B- or C-shaped curve, and the soft tissue shadow in the tympanic chamber basically disappeared when the middle ear CT examination was done.
