Is cervical clicking a disease?

  When I turn my neck, I clearly hear a “clicking” sound, and occasionally when I turn my right shoulder or do circular movements, I also hear a ringing sound, and I feel slightly uncomfortable. Is it a disease?  The cervical spine rattling sound is often a pre-expression of cervical spine disorder, which means that the cartilage tissue and joints, mainly the cervical spine, are starting to have problems.  The causes of neck and shoulder discomfort are mainly divided into three aspects: 1, long-term ambulatory work, always maintain a posture, over time will lead to chronic injury to the soft tissues of the shoulder and neck; 2, there has been a trauma, old shoulder and neck injury; 3, wind and cold, discomfort will be aggravated when the cold. Generally speaking, the initial symptoms of cervical spine disorder are mild, mainly soreness, stiffness and restricted activities, which will be relieved after proper rest, activities and relaxation. However, if it is not taken seriously, it will lead to a series of health problems such as dizziness, eye swelling, eye pain, vision loss, tinnitus, chest tightness, panic, and menstrual disorders.
