2. Chloramphenicol, hydrazinophthalazine hydrochloride, isoniazid, penicillamine and immunosuppressants including glucocorticoids, cyclophosphamide and cyclosporine can antagonize vitamin B6 or enhance the renal excretion of vitamin B6, which may even cause anemia or peripheral neuritis.
3. The dosage of vitamin B6 should be increased when taking estrogen, because estrogen can reduce the activity of vitamin B6 in the body.
