Life is about movement

Speaking of sports I remember the story of a wolf doctor. There were wolves and deer in the forest, people wiped out the wolves in order to protect the deer, thinking that the deer would be preserved in this way, which knew that it was counterproductive. A few years later the deer, because there were no wolves, ate enough and lay down on the grass to sleep, as a result, the deer became fat deer, more and more diseases, the sooner they died, and as a result, the deer herd became smaller and smaller. For the survival of the deer, the wolves were invited back again, and once the wolves came to eat the deer, the deer had to run, and the wolves chased the deer to run, and in such a process, the deer exercised their bodies. So leaving the movement instead is bad, the deer die faster, with the wolf, the wolf becomes the doctor of the deer. There was a farmer named Thomas Pape in the mountains of England. A farmer named Thomas Pape lived to be 150 years old, but he was still hale and hearty, cutting wood and planting land as usual. He had experienced nine dynasties in his life, and the ninth king, out of curiosity and envy, invited this longevity star into his palace and treated him as a guest, wearing rich and luxurious clothes and eating the delicacies of the sea. As a result, the 152-year-old man died in the palace within two years. The famous anatomist Garfe dissected his body and found that his limbs and internal organs had not aged significantly, but the real cause of death was excessive fat blocking his blood vessels. This is a typical example of a man who lived a long life because of “labor” and died because of “return”. Exercise is the basis of a long and healthy life. It is proved that exercise can strengthen the function of the spleen and stomach, strengthen the function of the heart, increase the function of the lungs, improve the function of the kidneys, and make people happy. American doctor Wyatt said: “Exercise is the world’s best tranquilizer”. Zoologists have found that elephants can live up to 200 years in the wild, but once they are captured and put in a zoo, they can live less than 80 years, even though the living conditions are much better than in the wild; wild rabbits can live an average of 15 years, while domestic rabbits, which are raised in cages since childhood to live a “superior” life, live an average of 4-5 years; wild pigs also live twice as long as domestic pigs. Wild pigs also live twice as long as domestic pigs. So, why do wild animals live longer than domesticated animals? An important one is that wild animals often have to run around in order to find food, defend themselves, avoid enemies, and get rid of the harsh climate, so their bodies get a good workout. This is passed on from generation to generation, the physique becomes better and better, life expectancy is naturally longer than that of domestic animals. Likewise, people are the same, often participate in sports and exercise, people live longer. Walking is the best exercise in the world. Do you want to be healthy? Do you want to live a long life? Then exercise well!
