  Colitis, is a common clinical disease of the digestive system. Here are a few simple methods for patient reference: 1, colitis test prescription Main treatment: abdominal pain, diarrhea, loose stools.  Drugs: cardamom 6g, mucuna pruriens 6g, fried coix seeds 15g, poria 9g, chicken naijin 12g Dosage: one dose per day, twice with water, morning and evening. Avoid cold and spicy food.  2.Self-tui-na Acupuncture points: Foot San Li, Lower Ju Xu, Tian Shu, Hypochondrium, Guan Yuan Method: Press and knead each point for 3-5 minutes. Once a day.
