Electroacupuncture with herbs for tubal effusion?

Tubal effusion is one of the major causes of infertility and difficulty in conception in patients undergoing assisted reproduction, mainly affecting tubal function and endometrial tolerance. Western medical treatment mainly includes laparoscopic tubal ostomy or tubal ligation or resection. After surgery, hydrosalpinx is prone to recurrence or affects the blood supply to the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries, resulting in a lower conception rate. Ren, a 34-year-old female, had bilateral tubal obstruction after three ectopic pregnancies, and ultrasound indicated bilateral hydrosalpinxes of 43X35MM and 36X28MM respectively.
