According to the different manifestations of acne in each period, it is mainly divided into the following: 1. Whitehead acne manifests as small skin-colored or slightly red papules with inconspicuous or narrow follicle openings, and it is not easy to squeeze out the lipid plugs. 2. Blackhead acne appears as a conical papule in line with the follicle opening, with a blackhead at the tip due to sebum oxidation. 3.Pimple acne Inflammatory papules are the main manifestation. 4.Pustular acne Pustules occur at the top of the papule and break down to reveal thick pus. 5.Nodular acne is a thick-walled nodule of varying size, dark red or purplish red, lasting for a long time, some gradually absorbed, and some pus breaks down to form acne scars. 6. Cystic acne is volatile to the touch and contains blood-tinged jelly-like pus within the cyst, and later occurs as obvious acne scars. 7.Atrophic acne is a pit-like atrophic scar. The clinical manifestations of acne are mainly the above-mentioned aspects, but of course not all of them will appear, and may be accompanied by one or more of these appearances. According to the type and number of lesions, there are four grades and three degrees. Grade I (mild) Blackhead acne , disseminated to multiple, inflammatory rashes, disseminated Grade II (moderate) Grade I plus superficial in pustules, increased number of inflammatory rashes, limited to the face Grade III (moderate) Grade II plus deepening in inflammatory rashes, occurring on the face, neck and chest and back Grade IV (severe) Grade III plus cysts, prone to scar formation, occurring on the upper body.
