After surgery, the patient insisted on outpatient review, no recurrence. Through the patient’s self-report, the preliminary suspicion of internal hemorrhoidal prolapse, then give the patient anal specialty examination. At the time of examination, the patient was given an anal specialty examination. During the examination, the patient’s intra-anal palpation was about 4cm from the anus, and a fine-tipped swelling was detected in the posterior anal canal, about 0.2cm×2.0cm in size, with good mobility and no tenderness. The patient was further examined by anoscopy, and the results suggested that a fine-tipped mass was seen 4cm from the anus just posterior to the anal canal, with a light red color. According to the patient’s medical history and auxiliary examination, the diagnosis was anal polyp. Treatment After the diagnosis is clear, in order to avoid the possibility of malignant changes, it is recommended that the patient be operated as soon as possible. Through communicating with the patient about his condition, the patient expressed his approval and was immediately hospitalized. After hospitalization, the patient was admitted to the hospital, and the routine examinations (blood test, coagulation, biochemistry) and colonoscopy showed no abnormality, then on the second day after admission, the patient was operated under local anesthesia with electrocoagulation and electrodessication of anal polyp, and the operation was finished in about 6 minutes, and the patient was stuffed with oil gauze in the anus after the operation, and the patient was fixed and pressed by aseptic dressings to stop the hemorrhage, and the patient was returned to the ward, and the patient was given cefdinir dispersible tablets for prevention of infection, Yunnan Baiyao capsules for prevention of hemorrhage. IV. Precautions Through the treatment, the patient’s condition was recovered, and we were happy for the patient. The patient was hospitalized for a short period of time, so it is recommended that the patient should not do strenuous exercise within 1 week after discharge, and should not exert too much force when defecating, so as to avoid delayed healing of anal polyp wounds and tearing and bleeding. After discharge from the hospital, it is still necessary to check the anus regularly to review the growth of anal polyps. Diet should be light diet, high protein, high vitamin, high fiber diet, such as can eat meat, fish, milk and eggs, fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, etc. Vegetables and fruits food should be cleaned to avoid unclean diet and intestinal infection. In addition to correct bad eating habits, avoid spicy, stimulating, cold food, to prevent diarrhea. Fifth, personal feelings The patient found anal swelling for 2 weeks, initially thought it was hemorrhoids, the condition of hemorrhoids according to the method of treatment, the condition has not improved, which caused the patient’s attention, but fortunately came to the hospital in time to see the diagnosis, diagnosis of anal polyps, although relatively large, but did not develop into adenomas, much less the development of malignant tumors, and finally by minimally invasive surgical treatment to be cured.
