What are all the details of the definition of health?

In 1989, the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) gave a new definition of health, that is, “health is not only the absence of disease, but also includes physical health, mental health, good social adjustment and moral health”. WHO’s definition of health is: 1. full of energy, able to bear the burden of daily life and heavy work without excessive tension and fatigue. 2, optimism in the world, positive attitude, willing to take responsibility, no matter how big or small, not fussy. 3.Good at rest, sleep well. 4.Resilient, adapt to various changes in the external environment. 5.Ability to resist common cold and infectious diseases. 6.Appropriate weight, well-proportioned body, coordinated head and shoulder arm position when standing. 7.The eyes are bright and responsive, and the eyelids are not inflamed. 8.Dental cleaning, no caries, no pain, normal tooth color, no bleeding 9.Hair is shiny, no dandruff. 10.Muscles are plump and skin is elastic. The first four of them are for mental health, while the last six are for biological aspects (physiology, morphology).
