How to differentiate nasopharyngeal cancer from nasopharyngeal cancer with blood in the nose

To distinguish whether it is nasopharyngeal cancer or not, patients need to examine nasopharyngoscopy, which can clearly see whether there are lesions in the nasopharynx of patients. If there is indeed an obvious local bulge or possibility of malignant change, pathology needs to be taken and further MRI examination needs to be improved to provide a basis for diagnosis. If the pathology is reported to be nasal cancer, the diagnosis can be confirmed, because pathology is the gold standard for diagnosis. It is not possible to judge based on symptoms alone, and active treatment is needed after the diagnosis is confirmed. Most patients with blood in nose are caused by dryness and cracking of nasal mucosa, so they should not worry too much when they have blood in nose, and should go to hospital to improve the relevant examination and treat the symptoms.
