New treatment for breast cancer – argon helium ultra-low temperature cryoablation therapy

Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and even endangers their lives. Surgery is the first choice of treatment for breast cancer, but it is not suitable for those who have combined distant metastases, are too old and frail to tolerate surgery or have poor general condition with important organ dysfunction. Radiotherapy, endocrine therapy and chemotherapy play an extremely important role in the treatment of breast cancer, but it is difficult to rapidly reduce the tumor load in a short period of time, and the serious adverse reactions associated with the treatment are also unacceptable. Ablation therapy is a useful supplement to the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer, which can rapidly reduce the tumor load in a short period of time, slow down the rate of tumor progression or even ablate the whole tumor. It controls the disease while increasing the survival benefit of patients. Argon-helium cryotherapy is one of the fast-developing ablation techniques in recent years and has been widely used in the treatment of many kinds of tumors. It is often guided by ultrasound in the treatment of breast tumors and has the advantages of less trauma, fewer side effects, and quicker results. It can be used alone or in combination with other treatment methods to enable patients to obtain safe and effective treatment while meeting cosmetic requirements.
